Moved into new offices
In September Peter Johann (CEO) and Mike Parrilla (COO) were able to move the newly established Lumendi LCC into its new offices.

Yes getting the 510(k) clearance on Dec. 6, 2016 from the FDA was great news for us…
It felt a bit like being on cloud 9 so to speak. But now we are back on the ground again running to get our sales organisation in place. We want to be on the road early on next year and ramp up sales.
To your question
Good question. No, we are not a publicly traded company. Instead we are privately held. Moreover, Lumendi Ltd. (the “mother”) was founded in 2014:
Lumendi LLC was founded in August 2015. It is a Limited Liability company owned by Lumendi Ltd. LLCs combine the tax benefits of partnerships and the liability protections of a corporation. State governments regulate LLCs.
As the above history illustrates, going public within such a short time does neither seem feasible or practical nor in our investors’ best interest.
In short, Lumendi Inc. – owner of Lumendi LLC – is a non-listed start-up that is privately funded. Our investors continue to fund us in order to ramp up sales and expansion.
