Peter Johann Ph.D. Chairman of the Board Lumendi Ltd. UK

Dr. Peter Johann is a Managing General Partner of NGN Capital since 2004 and invested successfully in biotech and medical device companies.

Prior to joining NGN he was the Division Head of Corporate Development at Boehringer Ingelheim. His responsibilities included strategic planning, strategic projects, M&A, business development and licensing. He identified and evaluated licensing, M&A and co-promotion deals.

Prior to this Dr. Johann held several positions in marketing, business development, sales and product management at F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Boehringer Mannheim, Kaneka and Röhm. 

Dr. Robert Bider

Dr. Robert Bider is a member of the Lumendi Ltd. UK Board of Directors.

He sits on several boards such as Montana Capital Partners AG and Rhino Partners

Prior to that, Robert was CEO of Hirslanden Group for 17 years, being instrumental in growing the company from one hospital to one of Europe’s largest and most successful private hospital chains.

He is further a member of the board of Grand Hotels Bad Ragaz, Salem-Spital, Beau-Site AG, USI Group Holdings AG, Medi-Clinic Switzerland AG and Medi-Clinic Corporation Limited.

Robert holds a Dr. sc. in technical science and a MSc in Industrial Management (MIM) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH).

Renzo Zanolari

After graduating in law from the University of Bern, Renzo Zanolari was employed by a firm of attorneys in Chur. Thereafter he joined the administrative court of the Canton of Grison, Switzerland.

After spending time in Paris and Florence in order to perfect his French and Italian language skills, Renzo Zanolari found employment in a large trust company in the Principality of Liechtenstein. While working there he became head of department of professional advisors/trust officer senior.

After 6 years he was invited to become a partner in the Lichtenstein trust company.
