Previously we introduced to you Mike Parrilla – the Chief Operating Officer from Lumendi LCC

Today we introduce to you another member of Lumendi’s Management Team, Michael Wick.

Mr. Wick has served as Chief Financial Officer of Vivaldi Biosciences Inc. since 2007 and also was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2013. He is a Managing Director of Vivaldi Biosciences AG.

He has gained significant experience in finance, strategic planning, corporate infrastructure, operations, grants and contracts, HR, financial planning and reporting, and taxation.

Mr. Wick’s experience includes a twenty-year career with National City Corporation, a $90 billion financial services holding company, where he held various positions including Chief Financial Officer of National City Bank of Columbus

He also held operating roles in treasury services, public institutions, small business lending, international finance, operations, and business development. As well he was Vice President and European Representative for the bank’s London Office.

Mr. Wick’s international business experience also includes extensive experience in Asia.

He has an AB in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a Certified Cash Manager.
