1,000 therapeutic interventions using DiLumen™ EIP
Lumendi efficiently continues to improve the growing DiLumen platform of accessories for minimally-invasive surgery and has developed seven devices to date that can advance endoscopic procedures. Access to lesions during endolumenal interventions as well as tissue manipulation and traction, cutting and dissecting become easier, less time-consuming and much more effective.
Over 1,000 therapeutic procedures and endolumenal interventions have been performed by endoscopists and clinicians around the world – from the US, several European countries (including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK), and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The commercially available DiLumen™ EIP can be attached to and used with almost every standard endoscope.
In addition, three clinical studies have been completed demonstrating the safety and cost-effectiveness of DiLumen (publication pending). You can read more about this here, including information on the DiLumen Ik™ Endolumenal Interventional Knife, which received US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance in September.
